Job description

This is a Part-time 15-hour Fixed Term Contract Brow and Beauty Expert position.

Please note, if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as part of our benefit for long-term employees.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers. To maximize sales, you'll confidently connect with customers, demonstrate products, perform brow treatments, and encourage repeat business through lessons and appointments.

Duties for a Brow and Beauty Expert include:

1. Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets by engaging customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
2. Brow Services: Waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert.
3. Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
4. Promotions and Events: Assist in store and external events, including new product launches and charity activities.
5. Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
6. Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

Qualifications

Brow and Beauty experts may need to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
