This is a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert position.

Please note, if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as we are recruiting for long-term employees.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all current and potential customers. You should be confident in making connections, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and eager to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Specific duties include:

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales goals by connecting with customers and demonstrating products.
• Teamwork: Support team members to meet all counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events: Assist in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets; assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications

Beauty Experts may need to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
