Come paint the world PINK with us! We are currently searching for a Part-time 7.5-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Boots Maidenhead!

Please note, if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as we are recruiting for long-term employees.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers. To maximize sales, you should be confident in connecting with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and committed to winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

1. Sales Goals - Achieving individual sales targets through customer connection, product demonstration, brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
2. Brow services - Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to make you a Brow Expert.
3. Teamwork - Assisting team members to meet counter and business needs.
4. Promotions and Events - Supporting in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
5. Administration - Completing daily and weekly worksheets and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
6. Hygiene and Housekeeping - Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications

Brow and Beauty experts may need to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays alongside weekday shifts.
