Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to customers. You’ll make connections, demonstrate products, and aim to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking appointments.
• Brow Services: Waxing, Tinting, Tweezing (full training provided).
• Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions & Events: Support in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets, assist with administrative tasks.
• Hygiene & Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic.

Qualifications

May require working weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
