Come paint the world PINK with us! We are currently searching for a Part-time 30-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Carnaby Street Boutique.

Please note: if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as we are recruiting for long-term employees.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all current and potential customers. To maximize sales, you should be confident in making connections, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

• Sales Goals: Achieving individual sales targets through customer engagement and product demonstrations.
• Teamwork: Assisting colleagues to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events: Supporting in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Completing daily and weekly worksheets and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications
