Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in dealer, leasing or broker sectors.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Analyse trends and create reports to inform strategy.
• Drive broker relations and liaise with customers on pricing.
• Lead from the front with monthly 121s to coach the team.
• Visit brokers to build client relationships and manage admin work.
