Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Broker Marketing Manager to lead marketing for broker products in a fast‑paced B2B environment. Based in Manchester or Norwich, this hybrid role shapes strategy, campaigns and communications for corporate and multinational broker offerings.

You will build stakeholder relationships, translate requirements into compelling content, manage budgets and campaigns, and measure performance. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in B2B (ideally insurance)
• Ability to drive the agenda, create plans & find solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management & collaboration skills
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to manage budgets analyse campaign performance

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Define requirements and develop marketing campaigns and communications
• Leverage a range of marketing channels to reinforce core 'Why Aviva' messages
• Deliver content from integrated campaigns and sales materials
