You will develop broker strategies, drive engagement, and ensure underwriting discipline while aligning with regional goals. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Lines underwriting and broker trading with P&L outcomes.
• Proven people leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with planning and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute broker strategies to drive growth and portfolio performance.
