Intact Insurance is seeking a Commercial Manager based in Manchester or Leeds to lead P&L across broker panels, supervise Senior Trading Underwriters, and deliver growth, profitability, retention, and portfolio quality. You will drive broker engagement, underwriting discipline, and the adoption of strategy, while building a high-performing team and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Experience in Commercial Lines underwriting and broker trading with proven P&L delivery.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
