A bit about the job:
This team supports Aviva's General Insurance business, marketing Personal and Commercial Lines products and propositions across the broker market, from SME to large corporate. This is a marketing lead role for our Corporate and Multinational offering, as well as supporting Specialty and Financial lines, and our Risk Management proposition.
You'll build relationships with stakeholders across the business, defining requirements and developing marketing campaigns and communications. With brokers as your primary audience, you'll leverage a range of marketing channels to reinforce core 'Why Aviva' messages, strengthening engagement, and supporting business growth.
You'll turn complex business requirements into clear, compelling content, delivering activity from integrated campaigns and thought leadership to sales materials and product updates. You'll be confident creating and refining communications, ensuring regulatory, compliance, and brand standards are met.
Supporting a range of business areas, no two days are the same. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, adapting quickly to changing demands and staying calm under pressure. Alongside people and budget responsibilities, you’ll use insights, and performance data to measure success and identify future opportunities.
There may be an element of travel required for the successful candidate.
