Qualifications

Lead underwriting and portfolio management responsibilities.
Ability to coach and mentor staff on complex non-standard underwriting arrangements.
Analyze data trends to identify growth opportunities and inform underwriting strategy.
Understand insurance regulation, agency and compliance requirements.
Build relationships with brokers and customers on large, complex risks.

Responsibilities

Accountable for underwriting and financial performance of the branch in line with strategy.
Analyse Branch Underwriting Performance and implement strategies to improve branch financial performance.
Lead customer protection solutions and manage partner networks to support growth.
