We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Broker Business Development Manager. There base location for this role is Kent. This role will include regional travel to carry out regular meetings with Brokers, as well as supporting team leaders and relationship managers.
The UK commercial brokerage team is a newly formed business focussed on establishing commercial relationships with intermediaries operating primarily within the SME market.
The role of Broker Development Manager will report to the Head of Brokerage, but supports teams across the whole of UK Business Banking.
The Broker Development Manager will have primary responsibility for the development of broker relationships. This will include identification and onboarding of new broker relationships to HSBC as well as the development and broadening of relationships with existing brokers.
