Broker/Account Executive – Specialist in SaaS and Enterprise AI

The world is evolving, and with it, new insurance needs are emerging, particularly in the realms of SaaS and Enterprise AI. My client, an innovative insurance broker based in Cheltenham with an office in London, is at the forefront of this change. They are among the first to specialise in these cutting-edge sectors, offering bespoke coverage tailored to Tech Startups.

As a dynamic and rapidly growing broker, they achieved £11.5 million in gross written premium (GWP) last year and are on track to hit £20 million this year. They are now looking for a talented and ambitious Broker/Account Executive to join their team and help expand their presence in this exciting area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: From initial prospecting through to policy placement, you will provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are fully met.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments and communicate quotations effectively.
  • Policy Review: Collaborate with leads generated via referrals and the internal marketing team to review and optimise policy details.
  • Client Servicing: Utilise first-class client servicing skills to manage relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Solid background in insurance broking, particularly within Financial Lines such as Professional Indemnity and Cyber Liability, with a focus on the Tech sector.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of insurable risks, excellent people skills, a confident telephone manner, and innovative thinking.
  • Location: Must be able to commute to Cheltenham 2-3 days a week due to the lively and collaborative office environment. Proximity to Cheltenham is preferred.
  • Bonus: Experience with Acturis is a plus.
