Global Highland is recruiting a Customer Sales Executive on behalf of a leading broadband provider. You will convert inbound enquiries into sales while proactively identifying new business opportunities through outbound activity, engaging with customers to recommend broadband solutions that deliver real value.

You will manage enquiries from initial contact to sale, overcoming objections and maximising opportunities to upsell relevant products and services, while maintaining accurate CRM records

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A confident and persuasive approach to customer conversations.
• The ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience handling objections and influencing purchasing decisions.
