• Experience in a sales leadership or supervisor role in a target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of telesales, contact centre operations or customer acquisition.
• Proven coaching experience and ability to improve team performance.
• Ability to manage KPIs, analyze data and implement improvements.
• Experience addressing underperformance and balancing priorities.
• Excellent communication, influence and motivational skills.
• Commercial mindset with focus on conversion, revenue and productivity.
• Organisational skills and fast decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day inbound and outbound sales team.
