Highland Broadband is seeking a friendly, proactive customer service professional to join our team in Scotland. You will guide customers from their first questions to setting up full fibre installations and ongoing support.

You’ll handle queries via phone, email and web chat, coordinating with Finance and Field Engineering to ensure a smooth onboarding journey and a positive customer experience. Some early evenings and occasional Saturdays are required.

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email or web chat and recommend best products.
• Keep customers updated throughout onboarding, schedule installations and create accurate accounts.
• Manage your pipeline to meet performance targets while delivering excellent service.
• Provide tailored support until fibre service is up and running.
• Collaborate with Finance and Field Engineering for a seamless onboarding journey.
• Respond to customer interactions on social media.
