Job summary

Global Highland Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to promote ultrafast full-fibre broadband across the Highlands. You’ll engage with residents in communities, demonstrate benefits, and help households choose the right package.

You’ll work autonomously within your territory while receiving full training and support from a collaborative team. A competitive basic salary with attractive commission and ongoing coaching are offered.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and confident communicating face to face.
• Motivated by targets, personal achievement and the opportunity to earn commission.
• Self-motivated and organised with the confidence to manage your own territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local communities through door-to-door activity and local events.
• Explain the benefits of full-fibre broadband in a clear, friendly way.
• Identify customer needs and help choose suitable broadband packages.
• Generate sign-ups and work towards individual and team targets.
• Record customer conversations and sales activity to track progress.
