Job summary

Pipe and Climate Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking a Service Coordinator in Bristol. This 40-hour week role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a competitive salary, bonus potential and a strong benefits package.

You will process commissioning, warranty and servicing transactions for commercial pumps, respond to queries, and coordinate quotes from quotation through to aftersales. A training-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• IT skills with a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage commissioning, warranty and servicing transactions for commercial pumps.
• Respond to customer and internal queries; advise on stock and availability for replacements.
• Coordinate quotes through to aftersales; liaise with customers and suppliers.
