Pipe and Climate Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is looking for a Service Coordinator in Bristol to manage commissioning, warranty and servicing transactions for commercial pumps. You will act as the central point of contact for customers and internal teams, advising on stock and parts availability and coordinating from quotation through aftersales.

In this office-based role, you will respond to queries, distribute information within the branch network and ensure smooth accounts processing

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication
• IT skills with a basic understanding of Microsoft systems including Excel
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and undertake training provided

Responsabilités

• Providing a central point of contact to process and manage commissioning, warranty and servicing transactions for commercial pumps
• Responding to queries from customers and internal teams, distributing information within the branch network and advising on stock and availability for replacement parts
• Coordinating accounts from quotation through to aftersales, following up on quotes and liaising between customers and suppliers
