University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust in Lancaster is hiring a Receptionist for the Breast Screening Programme. This is a permanent part-time role based in the Breast Screening Unit at Royal Lancaster Infirmary.

You will handle reception duties, take bookings, manage emails and calls, and support clinic preparation under the Lead Administrator.

We value teamwork, customer service, attention to detail, and flexible working; NHS Band 2 salary £25,272 p.a. pro rata.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs including maths and English.
• Previous administration and clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Reception work and booking appointments.
• Dealing with telephone calls and emails from patients, GPs and staff.
• Record keeping and clinic preparation under supervision.
