Job summary

NHS Highland in Inverness is seeking a part-time Clerical Officer to join the Breast Screening Office at Raigmore Hospital. You will support administrative tasks, manage data input, and handle telephone inquiries with a professional and courteous manner.

Candidates should have typing or word processing qualifications, good communication and organisational skills, and be able to prioritise workload. Training will be provided for SBSP, and a high level of concentration and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Acknowledge typing or word processing qualifications and a sound understanding of computer systems.
• Experience with data input would be advantageous though training will be provided for SBSP.
• A good telephone manner and experience with the public is essential.

• Provide clerical support in the Breast Screening Office at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness.
