Los Mochis London at 100 Liverpool Street invites a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant breakfast team. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure the dining area and presentation meet our highest standards at the start of the day.

Working closely with front-of-house and kitchen colleagues, you will maintain warm hospitality, handle busy periods calmly, and uphold the brand’s mix of Mexican and Japanese influences.

Breakfast Waiter/Waitress

Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to join our team. Our flagship restaurant elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with breathtaking views across the City. Los Mochis City is our second London location, following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.

The Role

As a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our breakfast service. Working closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams, you will deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service while creating a memorable start to our guests' day.

You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the restaurant is presented to the highest standard throughout breakfast service.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a fast‑paced, quality restaurant or hospitality environment
• Previous breakfast or morning service experience is desirable
• Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to service.
• Passionate about hospitality, food, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Full ownership and responsibility within your role
• Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly during busy breakfast periods
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
