Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, quality cocktail or restaurant bar.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques.
• Impeccable attention to detail and presentation.

• Strong English communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards.
• Delivering exceptional guest service at the bar and restaurant service stations.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and stock control of the bar.
• Managing mise en place and ensuring smooth bar operations during service.
• Engaging with guests and making informed recommendations.
• Handling payments and cashing up responsibly.
• Supporting the wider front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experience.
