Palé Hall is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to lead the busy breakfast team and deliver flawless food and beverage service. The role begins at 6.45 am and requires five days over seven, with a cheerful, reliable approach and strong guest‑facing skills.

You will coordinate with the Food & Beverage Manager, order breakfast items for the next day, and ensure the restaurant and service areas are prepared and cleaned after each shift.

Qualifications

• Experienced food service supervisor
• Hospitality background in a quality establishment
• Able to start at 6:45 am and work five days over seven

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the daily breakfast service.
• Lead, motivate and support the Front of House breakfast team.
• Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Allocate duties and ensure the team is prepared and briefed ahead of service.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and food hygiene.
• Respond professionally to guest requests, feedback and concerns.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure opening, closing and handover procedures are completed correctly.
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
