Qualifications

• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the breakfast service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Inspire and support the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest care.
• Conduct daily team briefings and ensure clear inter-department communication.
• Assist with recruitment, training and performance management.
• Manage staff scheduling and labour costs for breakfast operations.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory controls for breakfast service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate service delivery.
