The Municipal Hotel in Liverpool is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead the morning team and uphold 5* standards across breakfast, lunch, and events. You will support the Breakfast Manager, ensure smooth service, and mentor staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Experience in Hospitality Management and leading busy service teams.
• Strong communication with management and senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet the team and early risers to start the day positively.
• Support the Breakfast Manager in overseeing breakfast and lunchtime operations.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Breakfast Manager.
• Ensure 5* standards and seamless guest experience.
• Assist with the setup and operation of events.
• Maintain cash control, stock control, POS systems and SOPs.
• Support HR function and HR systems.
• Maintain health and safety and hygiene standards.
