Qualifications

• Previous experience as Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver a high-quality breakfast offering, including both plated and buffet service.
• Oversee breakfast mise en place and service, ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Manage stock levels, monitor costs, and work with suppliers and kitchen team for consistency.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and breakfast options to enhance guest experience.
