Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa in Coventry is seeking an experienced Breakfast Supervisor to deliver outstanding service across breakfast operations. You will lead greeting, seating, and order-taking, ensuring guests' needs are met with warmth and efficiency.

The role requires a strong team player with attention to detail, a professional appearance, and a can-do attitude. You will help train staff and uphold brand standards across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service in a dining or hotel setting.
• Ability to lead breakfast service from greeting to seating and order taking.
• Strong teamwork and a can-do attitude.
• Smart appearance and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided and maintained at all times.
• Attend to guests' needs immediately.
• Allocate jobs and stations, ensuring tasks are completed before, during and after service periods.
• Check that the restaurant is cleaned and fully prepared for service, checking table layouts, buffets, special displays, etc.
• Assist with greeting, seating and order taking; help guests with the selection of menu items and drink requirements.
• Promote the menu and special offers, ensuring maximum possible revenue is achieved.
• Assist with staff training; inductions, job skills, safety, statutory requirements and development.
