Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club in Maidstone is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning food and beverage operation, delivering outstanding guest experience while guiding a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee breakfast service, ensure high standards, train staff, and work closely with the kitchen and hotel management to maintain quality and a warm welcome for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/restaurant supervisory roles.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards (Food Safety Certificate desirable).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning food and beverage operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys delivering exceptional guest service and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

As Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding breakfast experience while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the breakfast service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the breakfast team during service.
• Ensure all guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Coordinate the setup, presentation, and replenishment of breakfast buffets.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Handle guest queries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist with staff training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Work closely with the kitchen and hotel management teams.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards (Food Safety Certificate desirable).

Hours: With this role you’ll be working 30 hours per week over 5 days, including a mixture of weekdays and weekends.
