Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Cookham is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor on a fixed-term contract, Monday to Friday, to lead our busy morning service with warmth and efficiency.

You will supervise breakfast, train the team, maintain high standards of hospitality and guest experience, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth service during the seasonal period.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Passion for fresh food and wine.

Bel & The Dragon Cookham is one of the oldest coaching inns in England and sits on the village's picture-postcard high street, a short stroll from the Thames path. Bel & The Dragon offers ten beautiful en-suite bedrooms in addition to an attractive, spacious restaurant & cosy bar area.

This role has a fixed end date to cover a busy seasonal period, this date will be discussed with you at interview.
