Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere, part of the Fuller’s family, is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams and ensure memorable guest experiences. You will help train staff, maintain high service standards and foster a welcoming atmosphere in a busy pub and restaurant setting.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll motivate the team, communicate clearly, and take pride in delivering quality food and drinks while supporting the business’s values and growth opportunities.
