Job summary

Bel & The Dragon is part of the Fuller’s family and Odiham’s historic pub-hotel. We are looking for a Supervisor who can lead a friendly, hands-on team, keep spirits high, and ensure guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

You will train colleagues, manage service standards, and champion great food and wine. We offer a comprehensive induction, weekly tips, staff discounts, and access to Wagestream and a Healthcare Cash Plan to support your wellbeing.
