Bel & The Dragon Cookham in Maidenhead, part of the Fuller’s family, is seeking a Supervisor to lead our friendly pub and hotel team. You’ll keep guest experiences at the heart of service, step in hands-on, and help train new colleagues while maintaining a warm, collaborative environment.

Bel & The Dragon Cookham is one of the oldest coaching inns in England and sits on the village’s picture‑postcard high street, a short stroll from the Thames path. Bel & The Dragon offers ten beautiful en‑suite bedrooms in addition to an attractive, spacious restaurant & cosy bar area.

This role has a fixed end date to cover a busy seasonal period, this date will be discussed with you at interview.
