Bel & The Dragon Cookham is seeking a seasonal Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams across our pub and restaurant. You will keep spirits high, ensure guests feel welcomed, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver memorable dining experiences during a busy period.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training of new staff, and a passion for quality food, wine, and service. On-site working conditions include our historic inn setting and active hospitality operations.

Bel & The Dragon Cookham is one of the oldest coaching inns in England and sits on the village’s picture-postcard high street, a short stroll from the Thames path. Bel & The Dragon offers ten beautiful en-suite bedrooms in addition to an attractive, spacious restaurant & cosy bar area.

This role has a fixed end date to cover a busy seasonal period, this date will be discussed with you at interview.
