Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Odiham is seeking a Supervisor to lead our hospitality team on site. You will help deliver excellent guest service, oversee daily station operations, and ensure consistent standards across the pub and bedrooms.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, staff training, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike, with opportunities to grow within a historic Fuller’s location.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team is desirable.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Willingness to train and develop new staff.
