Job summary

Park Plaza is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team on shift, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will brief the team, monitor standards, and develop Room Attendants under your supervision.

This role offers training and support to help you succeed, with a strong focus on guest experience in a vibrant hotel environment.

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who will:

• Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings.
• Focus on checking guest bedrooms and public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to your section.
• Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
• Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
• Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
