The Social Hub Glasgow is seeking a superstar breakfast chef to keep our upgraded breakfast stocked and delicious. You will master efficient prepping, handle daily specials, and ensure a memorable start for guests in a fast-paced, friendly kitchen.
We offer consistent hours, great colleagues, and a dynamic, hybrid hospitality environment with room to grow. You’ll join a multi-national team known for breaking rules and redefining breakfast in Europe.
Competenze
- Minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience in a similar role at a similar level kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food products according to market standards
- Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques
- Available during the mornings between the hours of 6:00 - 15:00 (Mon-Fri)
- You’re legally allowed to work in the UK
Mansioni
- Take control of the breakfast service and ensure guests receive a delicious, memorable breakfast
- Set up and break down the breakfast area
- Understand daily specials, menu changes and dietary needs of guests
- Monitor portion and waste to maintain profit margins
- Monitor incoming goods such as supplies and ingredients
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Organize and store deliveries promptly
- Ensure HACCP guidelines, fire safety, and working conditions are followed
