Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage department at supervisor level or higher.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Experience in a hotel setting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Computer literacy and ability to use standard software.
• Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
• Outgoing personality with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the breakfast team are adequately trained and that rosters are appropriately covered.
• Increase our standing on TripAdvisor by encouraging guests to leave positive reviews.
• Gather complaints from TripAdvisor, TrustYou, comment cards, and Optimus reports.
• Ensure supplies for the breakfast team are always fully stocked.
• Communicate with HOD's to improve the guest experience.
