Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Breakfast Restaurant Manager to lead breakfast service across our on-site outlets. You will oversee setting up, hosting guests, replenishing buffets and ensuring guest needs are met with a warm, proactive approach.

You'll work closely with team members, support lunch service in Bar and Restaurant, and benefit from training through the Dalata Academy to grow within our hospitality family.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage service.
• An excellent focus on our customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear down breakfast service.
• Host breakfast service: seat guests, replenish buffet, reset tables.
• Ensure guest needs are met with proactive service.
• Assist with lunch service in Bar and Restaurant.
