Job summary

Eastlands Venue Services Limited is seeking a Breakfast Manager to lead the day-to-day breakfast operation and uphold exceptional service standards for guests at Medlock Square. You will be hands-on during service, guiding the team and coordinating between front of house and kitchen to ensure a premium breakfast experience.

• Experience in supervision or management within hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of health & safety, food hygiene and allergen requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead the breakfast operation to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate service delivery between front and back of house; oversee prep and service areas.
• Coach, develop and onboard breakfast team to build a high-performing, guest-focused team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen controls, cash handling and audit requirements.
