Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Breakfast Manager to lead the breakfast team, own performance, and raise service standards across our UK hotels. You will shape team culture and contribute to the hotel's strategy.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of F&B supervisory experience in a hotel, fluent English, strong organizational skills, and a proactive leadership style with a passion for guest experience. This role offers development opportunities through our Dalata Academy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage department as a supervisor or above.
• Experience in a hotel setting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Train and roster the breakfast team.
• Encourage guests to leave reviews on TripAdvisor.
• Gather complaints from TripAdvisor, TrustYou, comment cards, and Optimus reports.
• Ensure breakfast supplies are stocked.
• Communicate with HODs to improve guest experience.
