Job summary

Cairn Group is seeking a capable restaurant leader to oversee daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction across our venues. You will lead the team, uphold high standards of food quality and service, and drive a memorable dining experience.

You’ll manage day-to-day activity, plan work with appropriate staffing, monitor the budget and seek opportunities to boost revenue while maintaining Cairn Group’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Experience managing restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food quality and guest care.
• Plan and assign work, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet demand.
• Monitor budget and control expenses within the department.
• Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue while upholding company standards.
• Develop and coach the team, conducting HR activities and ensuring training is completed.
