Job summary

Cairn Group in Beaconsfield is seeking an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to drive a best-in-class dining and drinking experience. You will lead a hands-on team, ensure service standards, manage day-to-day operations, stock, and GP, and deliver guest-satisfaction targets.

You will recruit, train, and motivate the bar and restaurant teams, balance service speed with quality, monitor KPIs, and align with licensing, health and safety rules.
