Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations across its hotels in Scotland and the Lake District. You will supervise and train staff, coordinate service, and work closely with kitchen, reception, and bar teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

We offer an hourly rate of £13.96 and a supportive environment with opportunities for development and recognition across our properties in breathtaking locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant supervision is preferred.
