Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Server at Balmoral Arms Hotel in Scotland. You will oversee the breakfast service, ensure high food quality and presentation, and deliver an exceptional guest experience with strong interaction and communication.

You'll manage and motivate colleagues, maintain a welcoming, well-organised environment, and handle service operations from buffet to close-down. Weekend work is required, and we uphold high grooming standards while delivering outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

Your proactive approach and planning abilities will help streamline operations, from buffet breakfast service to close down. You’ll work flexibly, including weekends, upholding high grooming and presentation standards while delivering outstanding hospitality.
