The Westin London City welcomes a friendly breakfast team member to support the guest journey in our central London hotel. You will prepare and set up the breakfast area, greet guests warmly, and ensure a welcoming start to each morning.

You will replenish items, assist guests with requests, check satisfaction, and work with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness. Flexible working and staff benefits are available to support wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work mornings and weekends.

Overview of Role

We are currently looking for a friendly and passionate team member to join our growing team.

Working at our hotel in Comfort Inn Victoria, you will support the guest journey and experience.

The Role

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before service, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout breakfast.
• Replenish breakfast items regularly and assist guests with their requests.
• Check guest satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints professionally.
• Clear tables, wash and store cutlery and equipment, and maintain cleanliness throughout the breakfast area.
• Check deliveries, monitor stock levels, and report any shortages or discrepancies to the Duty Manager.
• Ensure sufficient breakfast supplies are available, including during bank holidays and public holidays.
• Work effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
