Hampton By Hilton Gatwick is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our on-site team at the airport, delivering high-quality breakfasts that guests remember each day.

You will work efficiently to ensure breakfast items are prepared and served in a timely manner, assist in planning menus, manage inventory, and monitor food costs to minimize waste in line with budget guidelines. Enjoy 28 days holiday and free meals on duty.

• Assist in planning and developing breakfast menus, considering seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and dietary requirements.
• Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately.
• Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients in line with hotel budget guidelines.

Job description

Salary – £ 26,523 plus service charge

Holiday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.
