Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience or culinary training in a hotel, restaurant or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking items to recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up mise en place for service and maintain clean, organized stations.

• Receive, check and store deliveries of ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
