At Sloane, a 5-star luxury lifestyle boutique hotel in Chelsea near Sloane Square is recruiting a Commis Chef to join our pre-opening kitchen team. You will help prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, ensuring cleanliness and HACCP standards while working with a small, dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commis Chef in a luxury hotel
• Proficient English (written and spoken)
• Flexible to pre-opening environment
• Ability to work in a small team
• Willingness to adapt to business needs

Responsibilities

• Maintain order, cleanliness and health & safety during shifts
• Prepare Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner; manage in-room dining orders
• Maintain portion control and Mise en place for service
• Follow recipes, labeling, dating, rotation and storage of foods
• Monitor deliveries and ensure prep areas stay clean and functional
