Meldrum House Hotel in Scotland is seeking a Breakfast Chef to deliver high-quality breakfast to all guests in a newly refurbished main kitchen. You will prepare and present hot and cold breakfast items, support brunch service, and provide nutritious staff meals while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience at Breakfast Chef or Commis Chef level.
• Experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Be self-aware and able to evaluate your own work.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and service of breakfast hot items for plated and buffet service.
• Preparation and presentation of cold breakfast items for display.
• Delivery of brunch options within all areas of the business.
• Producing nutritious employee lunches to Company standards.
• Supporting other brigade members to prep items for service.
• Adhere to all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
